Where are we based? We are based in New Zealand 

What kind of wire do you use to wrap your jewellery? - We use a variety of gold and silver coloured tarnish resistant copper filled wire, Silver and 18k gold plated wire and stainless steel wire. Which kind, will be stated in each pieces description

Can I wet my jewellery? - To get the utmost longevity out of your piece we do not recommend getting wire wrapped jewellery wet, exposing them to perfumes, alcohols or salt water 

What size ring am I? - If you are unsure or unable to figure out your ring size please get in touch with us

Where do we ship? - We currently only have shipping options for throughout New Zealand and Australia. Please get in touch for a quote if wanting to ship elsewhere overseas

How long will my order take to get to me? - We will endeavor to get your order picked and packed within 1 working day, ready for the courier to pickup. We Use tracked and traced NZ Post which advertises 1-2 days estimated delivery to non-rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please allow an extra day or so for rural deliveries to arrive

What payment options do you have? - We accept payments through Stripe and Paypal

Returns policy - As a small business we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind on a piece, or if its not to the recipients liking. However if your readymade piece isn't quite right for any reason, you are welcome to exchange it, or get a store credit, as long as it is in brand-new condition

Our standard return period is three months from the date of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or custom pieces

Damaged items - If for any reason an item arrives to you damaged, we will do everything we can to make things right - either by repair, providing a replacement, or a full refund
